Terms and Conditions for Web Design Projects:

1 The revisions only cover minor changes (e.g. font style, font colour, background photo, etc.), it will not cover major changes (e.g. the client decides on a totally new layout or design). If the client requires more than THREE (3) minor revisions, the client will be charged an EXTRA $30.00 for every revision and this sum is payable prior to the release of the new revision. If it is a RUSH project, a minimum additional fee of $150 will be required depending on the how soon the launch date is.

2 The timeline is dependent on the client’s cooperation on the project. All the materials (e.g. photos, blog posts, introduction, etc.) will be provided by the client. 

3 The designer offers the following payment plan.

  • 50% down payment, this needs to be settled after a contract has been signed and before the project starts.
  • 50% FINAL PAYMENT, this needs to be settled prior to the client having access to the WordPress account and to launching the website.

The web design service is limited to designing and launching the website. This does not include SEO and other management related services.

5 Any other alterations required after the launch will incur a minimum fee of $50 per revision. The price will be dependent on the revision required.

All additional fees are payable prior to the release of any files and prior to publishing any revisions.
